B’Flow yesterday tweeted that Yo Maps is an artist who is here to stay in the Zambian Music Industry. He also confirmed that his songs are currently the most played songs countrywide.

 

We can confidently say YO MAPS is here to stay! His hits are playing countrywide, including in the outskirts. I’m currently touring western, southern and eastern provinces. The reality is the same in all these provinces; Zambia is dancing to Maps. Another prince of Kabwe.

Yo Maps started his music some years ago, Last year he came into the scene when he released Finally, a song which could be said to be the song of the year arguably. He therefore also calls himself Yo Maps ‘Mr Finally’. The song featured Alpha Entertainment CEO – Macky 2 and had its video released this year.

After the release of Finally, some thought he was going to be a one hit wonder but he brought more hit songs such as Kaleza, Perfect & Season Yanga.
