One of Zambian music’s top-notch talented young singer, songwriter and award-winning artist – Mordecai something who is called Mordecai Zm comes through on the Zambian music scene with yet another interesting and exciting masterpiece project which is an album tagged “Selfless“. Mordecaii has been working on this album the moment he got is spotlight on the Zambian music scene. The Album Selfless is a masterpiece collection of songs that Mordecaii has dedicated to his father who mentored him about music since he was a kid. Selfless will mark Mordecaii’s first-ever released album and his last project to be released this year 2024.
Mordecai Zm, who is signed under Kazadi Music, founded and owned by “The Icon Zambia” front liner “Kazadi, ” has decided to let go of the album Selfless. The album Selfless has been postponed twice in a role. Firstly I was supposed to drop by on the 28th of September and it was later postponed to the 20th of December. Mordecai currently has two Awards in his name. He won his first Award in 2023 which was under the category “Best Uprising Male Artist” and now he went all in and scooped “Best Southern Province Artist”. On this album, Selfless Mordecai featured a few talented Zambian music artists namely; “Killa” and “T Sean”, who also happens to be the founder and current C.E.O of Baila Empire Music and Uptown Beats. These are the producers that Mordecai worked with on this album; Duncan Beatz, Shino, Crescent 101, Tyson Bass, Red Sea, Bless, Joshua Kipps, Melar Beats, Kuda, Fsimzy Music, Norma and Mpikwa.
