Multi-award winning recording Artist/Humanitarian – B’Flow and Tiza Mukuka who is known to be a youth advocate went head to head yesterday on twitter.

Pilato was earlier arrested. Sources say any public assembly needs a police permit and Pilato didn’t ask for a permit.

It is for this reason Tiza Mukuka questioned B’Flow if he had  never heard about a public order act. Tiza Mukuka also told B’Flow that Pilato knows the drill but likes attention, deliberately seeking mileage from Police encounters.

B’Flow then questions Tiza Mukuka how many NGOs & government departments get police permits when holding workshops. He also added that he pitted his 600 twitter followers.
